Follow these 3 simple steps for your Brillar Sausage Chilli Fry:

 

  1. Fry Chicken Sausage Pieces: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add sliced Brillar Chicken Breakfast Sausages and fry until they are nicely browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    2. Saute Veggies:  In the same pan (add a     little more oil if needed), sauté onion cubes,     capsicum strips, chopped ginger & garlic,         and green chilli. Cook until the vegetables       are slightly tender-crisp. Add green chilli         sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper.           Mix well.

3. Combine & Cook :   Return the fried sausages to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Add the corn flour slurry and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens and coats the sausages and vegetables.
