overnight for complete thawing.
• Keep it on the chiller at or below –5°C in a clean container to collect any melting ice.

Short on time? Try this quicker way to thaw.

• Keep the food in a sealed, leak-proof package or container.
• Submerge it fully in cold tap water.
• Change the water every 30 minutes to ensure even thawing.
• Cook immediately once thawed.

Need it ready in minutes? Use your microwave’s defrost setting.

• Place the frozen food on a microwave-safe plate.
• Select the Defrost mode and follow your microwave’s timing guidelines based on weight.
• Rotate or flip halfway through for even thawing.
• Cook immediately after defrosting.
