How to Make It (The Recipe Steps)

Follow these 3 simple steps to make Brillar’s Marinated Fried Paneer:

  1. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup thick curd with 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix everything well to form a smooth marinade.

   2. Marinate Paneer Cubes: Add your Brillar     Malai Paneer Cubes to the prepared                 marinade. Coat the paneer cubes evenly.         Let them sit and marinate for at least 15         minutes to absorb the flavors.

3.Fry the Paneer: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully place the marinated paneer cubes in the hot oil. Flip and cook both sides until golden brown and crispy.
