Brillar’s Heat & Eat Malabar Parota brings the taste of Kerala to your home. These traditional parotas are made with refined wheat flour and are ready to be cooked in minutes. They are soft, flaky, and perfect for pairing with curries or gravies.

  • Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Water, Iodized Salt & Raising Agent (INS 500).
  • Allergens: Contains Wheat Gluten, Milk & Milk Products.
  • Cooking Instructions: Place Parota directly on a pre-heated tawa/flat pan. Cook and turn the Parota till it turns golden brown on both sides. For additional taste and crispness, add one teaspoon of margarine/butter.
  • Storage Instructions: Always store in freezer compartment (-18°C) until ready to use. Do not defrost.
